I am a fully qualified and experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, and work with adults of all ages, on a long or short term basis.  I provide face-to-face appointments in Woodbridge and Kirton (close to Felixstowe, Martlesham Health, Kesgrave and Ipswich).  I also offer telephone and on-line counselling sessions.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy - MBACP (Accred) and adhere to their ethical standards for the counselling profession.

I have experience working with a range of issues, including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, relationship issue, bereavement and baby loss, and OCD.  I work with clients who have been diagnosed or assessed with EUPD/BPD, ADHD and ASD.  Additionally, I have specific training and expertise working with trauma/PTSD, domestic abuse, workplace bullying and coercive, controlling behaviour.  A focus of my work has been counselling adult survivors or childhood sexual abuse.
