I am a fully qualified and experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and work with Adults and Teenagers aged 16+  on a long or short term basis.  I provide face-to-face appointments in Woodbridge (close to Melton,  Felixstowe, Martlesham Heath, Kesgrave and Ipswich) and also offer Telephone and On-Line Counselling Sessions.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy - MBACP (Accred) - and adhere to their ethical standards for the counselling profession.  This accreditation recognises high standards of knowledge and experience in counselling and psychotherapy.

I have experience working with a range of issues, including (but not limited to) Anxiety, Stress, Low Self-Esteem, Depression, Relationship Issues, Grief/Bereavement, Baby Loss, and OCD.  I work with clients who have been diagnosed or assessed with EUPD/BPD, ADD, ADHD and ASD.  Additionally, I have specific training and expertise working with Trauma/PTSD, Domestic Abuse, Workplace Bullying and Coercive, Controlling Behaviour.

A focus of my work has been counselling adult survivors or childhood sexual abuse.
